Lomond strengthens Liverpool presence with latest acquisition
City Residential founder Alan Bevan hands over the Liverpool agency after 25 years, with its portfolio to be managed by Lomond-owned Homesure.
Lomond continues to expand its footprint in Liverpool following the acquisition of local letting and estate agent City Residential.
The deal follows Lomond’s earlier acquisition of Homesure, its first business based in Liverpool, which will subsequently manage the City Residential portfolio.
Founded by Alan Bevan in 2001, City Residential initially operated as a development and consultancy business before expanding into estate agency and lettings.
Drawing on Bevan’s knowledge of Liverpool city centre, the business established a presence in the local property market.
City Residential’s portfolio will be managed by Homesure, and brings together two local businesses under the group’s ownership.
