Existing Director Kieran Arthur becomes sole owner of Newton Fallowell Peterborough after more than four years of growth.
Newton Fallowell Peterborough has entered a new chapter after existing Director, Kieran Arthur (pictured), completed the purchase of the business, becoming its sole owner.
Kieran co-founded the office with Jason Treadwell in April 2022 and has played a central role in its development, growing the business from a one-person operation into an established sales and lettings team.
Treadwell will continue to operate his other offices across the Newton Fallowell network.
The purchase marks a significant milestone for Kieran, whose career in property began as a trainee sales negotiator in 2015.
He said: “Taking sole ownership gives me great pride. It represents the growth of the office to a point where this opportunity has become possible, as well as my own personal growth, from trainee sales negotiator in 2015 to Managing Director in 2026.”
Ellie Hall, Group Managing Director of Newton Fallowell, said Kieran had played a pivotal role in developing the business, building a strong team and establishing a reputation for putting clients first.
Continued growth
There are no immediate changes planned to the office’s operations or service offering, with Kieran keen to maintain continuity for existing clients while growing the business.
“My key priority is continued growth, while maintaining the quality of service we provide to every client,” he said. “Over the last four and a half years, the office has grown substantially, and I have no desire for that growth to end.”
The agency plans to continue developing its team and building its presence across Peterborough.
Its approach includes a focus on transparency and accountability, with zero-week contracts for home sellers and no notice period required to end an agreement.
Kieran added: “From being the sole person in the office at the start, the biggest pleasure has been building the team as the business has developed. I have loved being able to develop the team individually, and I am excited to continue doing that moving forward.”
