Big estate agency launches ‘off market’ exclusive portal
An estate agency with 15 branches in eight counties as well as central London has launched a Private Buyers Club portal offering exclusive access to properties priced over £1 million that are not available on the open market. The platform, hosted on the Michael Graham website, gives pre-qualified buyers the chance to view off-market homes across the Home Counties and central London, while offering sellers a discreet way to test buyer appetite without committing to a full public listing. Megan Wright, Head of Marketing at Michael Graham, said: “Given the challenges in the current market, we know that sellers are reluctant to put their homes on the open market and risk them sitting there for months, or worse not selling at all. “The Private Buyers Club offers the most discreet sellers a physical place for their property to sit, giving their home visibility, but only to pre-vetted buyers.” Full control Sellers can decide how much information to share on the portal – from minimal details to a small selection of images – with listings often going live within hours of approval. Only properties not publicly listed in the previous 12 months qualify for inclusion. Charlie Hill, Operations Director, added: “We…

LJB Estates picks Alto to power Midlands growth
Coventry-based property management service, LJB Estates, has selected Alto to support its expansion across the Midlands and streamline operations across lettings, sales, finance and property management. Founded just three years ago by Director, Leon Binns (main image), LJB Estates has quickly grown from a small management firm into a full-service property business offering sales, lettings, maintenance, mortgages and development. The agency’s goal is to become “Coventry’s one-stop property shop.” “From the start, we wanted to offer clients everything under one roof – from lettings and management to maintenance, mortgages, and sales,” said Leon. “But as the business grew, we were juggling multiple platforms: spreadsheets, Word docs, credit-check tools, e-signing software, and it slowed us down. With Alto’s all-in-one CRM, we can finally bring everything together in one simple, cloud-based system. It’s faster, more organised, and gives us time back to focus on clients.” Improving efficiency Binns said Alto’s functionality – particularly its prospecting, automation, and financial reporting tools – has already helped LJB Estates improve efficiency and present a more professional image to clients. “Alto has already been a real game-changer for us,” he added. “We’re constantly asked to carry out valuations, and Alto lets us generate professional packs instantly. It…
