The estate agency says nine years after being founded its current dual-model approach is now producing results.

Last year was ‘great for Yopa’ according to CEO Verona Frankish (pictured) who says its new associates model coming on stream this year will see even more properties sold.

Yopa pins its strong performance on the firm’s expanding team of agents, which reached almost 200 in 2024, achieving record earnings in the process.

This year, it believes, is set to produce a similarly upbeat results, with the launch of its Associates model expected to help drive up agent numbers further.

Announced back in October of last year, Yopa’s brokerage model is designed for existing self-employed estate agents or those who may be considering self-employment in the future.

Yopa has been pioneering the evolution of estate agency for nine years now and we’re incredibly excited to see the latest phase of this evolution become a reality.”

CEO of Yopa, Verona Frankish, commented: “Yopa has been pioneering the evolution of estate agency for nine years now and we’re incredibly excited to see the latest phase of this evolution become a reality with our first Associate agents joining the ranks for 2025.

“There’s no doubt that the self-employed offering has gained a great deal of traction in recent years, but there are merits to both models and so we believe that giving our agents the choice of how they wish to operate is key to cultivating success.

“2024 was a great year for Yopa and we surpassed a number of key company milestones, however, we’re now focussed completely on the year ahead and driving the business to even greater heights, with our Associate model forming a key part of this growth strategy.”
