The agency's associate model provides the kind of working environment that's ideal for women and working parents, says boss Verona Frankish.

Hybrid estate agency group Yopa says its recently-launched associate model promotes gender equality, choice and flexible career opportunities in estate agency.

The comments by Verona Frankish, Chair of the Women in Estate Agency group and the company’s boss, explains that the model is ideally suited to women and those with young families.

Empowering women

She says: “Empowering women isn’t just about providing opportunities; it’s about creating environments where women can thrive, lead, and shape their futures,”

Frankish adds that the newly launched model will enable women to “balance personal and professional goals whilst maintaining the ability to achieve exceptional success”.

This model is perfect for women (and men) who value autonomy and want to balance personal and professional commitments while being fully committed to their careers.”

The associate model has already been featured in The Neg after being launched during October last year to run alongside the company’s franchise model and is being spearheaded by industry senior Jason Bull.

Yopa describes it as: “Highly flexible and ideal for those seeking to generate their own opportunities and work hours, without geographical constraints. This model is perfect for women (and men) who value autonomy and want to balance personal and professional commitments while being fully committed to their careers”.

As part of the agency’s Empowering Careers campaign, Frankish will be doing a series of webinars and a social media outreach programme – The #BreakingBarriersWithYopa – which will feature testimonials and videos from a selection of some of Yopa’s most successful agents.
