Guild unveils digital ‘power packs’ to help estate agents sell homes

The property marketing toolkits are designed to give agents the edge they need in a digital-first market, says Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals.

The initiative provides Guild Members with access to three tiered marketing options, combining traditional print materials with professional photography, drone footage, floor plans, and video content. Each pack also includes a social media campaign tool to help agents expand their reach across digital platforms.

To add value, every property marketed through the service will also feature in The Guild’s new nationwide property magazine, Residence, aimed at the higher end of the market.

“The Guild Marketing Packs are more than just marketing assets, they are a way for our Members to demonstrate their expertise, build stronger client relationships, and showcase why they are different from competitors,” said Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals.

“In today’s market, it’s not just about listing a property, it’s about creating impact, attracting the right buyers, and proving value. These packs give our Members the edge they need.”

Easily accessible

Members can access and manage their marketing materials through the Guild Members Hub, which includes an intuitive template editor and Stripe payment integration, allowing vendors to pay for their chosen pack upfront if they wish.

Iain added: “The Guild Marketing Packs are another resource that our Members can use to help them secure more listings, increase visibility for their clients, and grow their business in an era where differentiation and reach are everything.”

The launch follows a period of innovation within The Guild network, as the organisation continues to enhance the tools and resources available to its Members to help them win new instructions and deliver a higher level of marketing support to clients.
