New Head of Auctions to bid for bigger slice of market
Newport-headquartered Paul Fosh Auctions is looking to boost its market growth with the appointment of Ollie Griffiths to the helm.
Seasoned property expert, Ollie Griffiths, has joined Paul Fosh Auctions as Head of Auctions, and is bidding for an even bigger slice of the property action than the Welsh firm already has.
Starting his career as a sales negotiator in 2005 with Countrywide, Ollie, from Penylan, Cardiff, worked his way up to sales manager, managing two offices in Cardiff Bay. He was then invited to run Taylors Countrywide’s flagship office in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Following that, Ollie made a move to South West London, holding senior roles with the likes of Spicerhaart and Jackson Stops before returning to Cardiff six years ago to set up a brand-new agency as Director for NEXA estate agents.
Huge plans
“I am so excited to have started as Head of Auctions at Paul Fosh, it is an honour to have been picked to oversee such a well-established brand,” said Ollie. “I am confident that my experience in running large offices and building successful teams, will stand me in good stead to develop an already successful and well recognised auction house in Wales.”

“There are so many exciting projects that we will be working on in 2025, from our new Tik Tok series, showcasing the journey of our purchasers, through to our new networking event; just a couple to keep an eye on.”
