Law firm merges teams to launch estate agency and landlord offering
The 28-strong real estate team have transacted deals at a value of over £500 million with projected turnover is set to reach well over £2 million.

Blacks Solicitors has merged its property teams to create Blacks Real Estate to support landlords, investors, occupiers and developers.
The 28-strong real estate team have so far transacted deals at a value of over £500 million with projected turnover is set to reach over £2 million.
SPECIALIST OFFERING
Blacks says the rebrand will better reflect the specialist property offering available at the firm.
The previous Commercial Property team developed from offering general commercial property practice to a wide range of specialisms.
Now the Blacks Real Estate supports landlords, investors, occupiers and developers across the UK with specialist knowledge in energy, development, holiday and home park sector, banking & property finance, telecoms, property litigation, planning and enfranchisement.
The team continues to act as a key advisor for high profile clients including Bank of India, Vida Healthcare and Harrogate Spring Water.
