Centrick joins Crest Nicholson managing agent framework
The appointment enables Centrick to tender for residential development management opportunities across the housebuilder’s portfolio.
Centrick has been appointed to Crest Nicholson’s managing agent competency framework, enabling the property management business to tender for both upcoming and established residential developments across the housebuilder’s portfolio.
The appointment follows a detailed assessment of Centrick’s operations, processes and capabilities. Crest Nicholson described the business as a “capable and credible managing agent”, highlighting its structured processes, specialist support functions and investment in colleague development through Centrick Academy.
The framework appointment means Centrick can now tender for opportunities across Crest Nicholson’s regional divisions, supporting residential developments from early occupation through to long-term community management.
Supporting communities
The partnership will see Centrick bring its estate management expertise to potential new appointments, with its role spanning the ongoing management of developments and support for homeowners and residents.
Phil Johns, Managing Director of Centrick, said: “Being appointed to Crest Nicholson’s managing agent competency framework is a significant milestone for Centrick. Throughout the process, we had the opportunity to demonstrate the standards, operational capability and customer focus that underpin our approach to estate management.
“We look forward to working with Crest Nicholson’s regional teams to help create well-managed communities that deliver long-term value for developers, homeowners and residents alike.”
Centrick has more than 20 years’ experience in the property sector and provides Property Investment, Build to Rent, Building & Estate Management, PRS Portfolio Asset Management and Professional Services across the UK.
The company operates from offices in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Gerrards Cross and Fareham, and says its approach is underpinned by an ethical code based on trust and family values.
The appointment adds Crest Nicholson to Centrick’s growing network of developer and residential property relationships, while providing the business with the opportunity to compete for managing agent instructions across the housebuilder’s regional portfolio.
