Leading independent estate agency now listing with SIX portals
Chancellors has signed for another five years with Zoopla but also has listings on Boomin, Rightmove, OTM, OneDome and MoveStreets.
Leading independent estate agency Chancellors has signed up to list with Zoopla for another five years, just a few months after it became a ‘founding agent’ with rival property portal Boomin.
The 56-branch Home Counties agency will now list with Zoopla until at least December 2026 after its lead volumes increased by 65% from the portal.
In October last year Chancellors was one of the agents to sign up with Boomin, saying at the time: “We are excited to be working alongside the founders on their new venture and can’t wait to see what Boomin have in store for the industry”.

The estate agency is also now listing with at least six property portals including OTM, Zoopla, Boomin, Rightmove, OneDome and MoveStreets.
Zoopla says its new partnership with Chancellors will focus on developing products and services to support the agency in achieving its strategic objectives.
