Some 90 high streets across the UK are to soon to see the Northwood corporate makeover and The Neg has spotted one of the first branches to go live with the new look, in South London (main picture).

The firm, which is part of the Belvoir group and which specialises in guaranteed rent services for landlords, revealed its rebrand several weeks ago but the first branch exteriors are starting to sport the new look. The firm has been working hard to grow by acquisition this year.

“I am delighted that the Northwood branding has had a complete overhaul, to produce a slick, modern and eye-catching update,” says Managing Director Phil Gee.

“Earlier this year, a working group of franchisees collaborated with the marketing team to develop some exciting ideas for a rebrand.

“We then commissioned design agency Harrison Carloss to help bring these ideas to life and produce a sophisticated rebrand that is very much an evolution rather than a revolution.

“After several meetings in person and on Zoom, the rebrand has been launched.

“To be honest, I have been overwhelmed with the positivity towards the new look.“Northwood is part of the Belvoir Group, and marketing is an area that is constantly evolving and changing. We believe that this rebrand demonstrates our commitment to moving Northwood forward to the next stage and will help our franchisees to stand out from the competition.”

northwoodMartin Bradbury (pictured), who has owned Northwood Warminster since 2005, was one of the first franchisees to complete the rebrand of his office at 8 Market Street, Warminster.

“I really like the rebrand,” says Martin. “I think it looks very fresh and contemporary. I was keen to complete the rebrand as soon as possible, as things are always a little quieter in December and now it has been done, we are all ready to welcome new landlords and vendors in the New Year when the market starts to pick up again.”
