Growing London estate agency buys established rival

The business will continue to trade using the Chamberlains Estates brand while former Owners Andrew Ryde and Andrew Standen will both retire.

The Anthony Pepe group has snapped up Enfield-based Chamberlains Estates in a deal which sees the group increase its office count to five and links strategically with their offices in Palmers Green and Cockfosters.

The acquisition also sees the Anthony Pepe group lettings and management portfolio increase in numbers by around 20%.

CONTINUE TO TRADE

Andrew Ryde and Andrew Standen, former Owners of the Chamberlains business, which was founded in 1989, will now both retire while all other staff at the business will continue as part of the Anthony Pepe Group while the business will continue to trade using the Chamberlains Estates brand within the Anthony Pepe network.
