Trial of high profile letting agent charged with stalking cancelled
David Love, who has appeared on the ITV show Judge Rinder over an eviction dispute, has had his trial postponed due to a strike by civil servants.

A high profile letting agent was due in court yesterday charged with stalking, but the trial was postponed until a later date due to a strike by civil servants.
David Love, a former boxer, runs his own lettings and property maintenance business based on Easter Road in Edinburgh, called David Love Property.
Love, of Roman View, Dalkeith, is facing two charges under the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
Public sector workers, including court staff, who belong to the PCS union were on strike yesterday as part of a campaign for better pay and pensions.
In 2021, ministers had said he and his company were not “fit and proper persons to carry out letting agency work”.
But he successfully argued at a tribunal that he and his firm should not have been barred by ministers from Scotland’s Letting Agency Register.
