A letting agent is due to appear in court today charged with stalking, court records shown to The Negotiator show.

41-year-old former boxer David Love runs his own lettings and property maintenance business based on Easter Road in Edinburgh – David Love Property.

Last year, he successfully argued at a tribunal that he and his firm should not have been barred by Ministers from Scotland’s Letting Agency Register.

Ministers had said he and his company were not “fit and proper persons to carry out letting agency work”.

He will also be familiar to viewers of ITV show Judge Rinder (pictured), as he appeared in the programme in 2019.

A tenant’s claim that he dumped and then disposed of her belongings into a property’s communal garden during an eviction, were dismissed. The case also featured in the Scottish national newspapers.
