The nine offices are located in Blackheath, Brockley, East Dulwich, Honour Oak, Ladywell, Lee, New Cross, Nunhead and Peckham Rye.

EXPERIENCE

He is credited for turning Sainsbury’s around during his decade-long tenure at the iconic British retailer. Under his leadership, Sainsbury’s delivered a shareholder return of 85% and tripled profits. Before joining Sainsbury’s, he was the Head of Food at Marks & Spencer and is also known for helping to transform Asda into a market-leading business.
Dexters currently looks after over 30,000 landlords and facilitates more than 28,000 property transactions across London per annum.
Its latest Annual Report and Accounts show the business generating revenue of £143.3 million and operating profit of £40.6 million.
The business was 16% up on new instructions in December 2022 compared to 2021, and applicant registrations were up by 30% over the festive period.
To be fair that is quite an impressive result be it somewhat historic-? Can’t recall sizable acquisitions that may have pushed these numbers up ?? but look as if they are up for the fight for the city. good to see competitors keeping all on their toes.
