Online residential auction specialists Iamproperty is continuing to expand, taking on two new key members of staff shortly after reaching its 250-employee milestone.

The company, which launched its new sales progression platform Movebutler in January, is also adding to its own panel of conveyancers.

Iamproperty has appointed Kelly Stillman as head of operations, a brand-new role in the business, while Lauren Gibson joins the growing team as marketing customer relationship manager and channel manager.

Hybrid working model

Kelly joins the North-East headquartered firm from Bournemouth, taking advantage of the company’s new hybrid-working model. Taking responsibility for the post-sales completion teams, she will play a crucial role in supporting business objectives, and help ensure standards are being met by the wider operational team.

Iamproperty has also appointed five new recruits to its trainee solicitor programme with subsidiary Medway Law, who will begin a three-year qualification programme that will allow them to gain hands-on experience while building skills and developing their knowledge.
