Leading conveyancing network for estate agents joins Coadjute
Deal between Coadjute and TPS is a significant coup as the blockchain platform seeks to roll out across the UK housing market.
One of the leading firms offering conveyancing services to estate agencies has joined the tech revolution and signed up to blockchain platform Coadjute.
Team Property Services (TPS) is the leading conveyancing panel management service used by some 150 agents with national reach and gives Coadjute a major boost to its ongoing efforts to roll out across the housing market.
Coadjute enables the existing software used by conveyancers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders to become interoperable, allowing all parties involved in a property transaction to synchronise and share progress updates, property information, digital identities and payments.
Conveyancing
Established more than 20 years ago, Dorset-based TPS has been involved in more than 100,000 home moves, working with hundreds of independent estate agencies and law firms.
Craig Campbell, MD of TPS (pictured), says, “This is one of the most far-reaching technological advances I have ever encountered in our market sector.
“I am therefore delighted to announce that we have been able to partner with Coadjute and, over the coming months, we will be rolling out their blockchain technology across our expanding network of estate agents and conveyancing firms.”
Matt Irving, Finance and Operations Director at TPS, added: “I have been in the industry for more than 20 years and have seen quite a few ‘transformational’ propositions come and go.
“Coadjute’s, however, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I knew straight away that TPS had to be involved from the start of this exciting journey into the future.”
Coadjute recently secured £6m during a fund raise led by Manchester-based Praetura Venture.
