Leading surveying firm now ‘largest independent’ after acquisition
Gold Crest Chartered Surveyors has been acquired by Novello Group, making it one of UK's largest independent home survey providers.
London-based Novello Group has announced a landmark acquisition that is set to deliver over £8 million worth of surveys in 2025.
Its acquisition of respected firm, Gold Crest Chartered Surveyors, establishes the group as one of the largest independent chartered surveyors in the UK, expanding its footprint nationally which also encompasses Novello Chartered Surveyors, Castles Surveyors and The Novello Private Office.
With a combined team now exceeding 70 staff including more than 40 surveyors, the group is investing heavily in developing AI technology and innovative reporting systems to make the home buying process faster, clearer, and more transparent.
