The spread of AI within the property industry has taken its latest step following a service launch from leading estate agency Arun Estates.

It has revealed an AI-based ‘staging tool’ that enables potential buyers to ‘do up’ a property before making an offer and therefore visualising its potential.

Called predictably AI Virtual Staging, the firm’s service to declutter, redecorate and stage rooms in four distinct styles – farmhouse, contemporary, modern and luxury.
For Arun Estates, the service enables it to offer significantly more attractive property listings to both buyers and sellers.
