Connells signs new five-year deal with Zoopla
The UK's largest agency has renewed its contract with the portal for another five years, including all of its 86 brands.

Connells has renewed its contract with Zoopla, signing up with the portal for another five years.
The agreement means that all of Connells Group’s 1,263 branches across 86 estate agency brands including Barnard Marcus, Hamptons, John D Wood, Bairstow Eves, Bridgfords and William H Brown, will continue to list all their properties on Zoopla.
Number 1
Zoopla says it is now the no.1 place for valuation, and Connells has seen a 12% increase in vendor lead growth from the portal over 2025.
And this has driven £18 million of potential sales commission, Zoopla claims.
The new contract means Connells will continue to benefit from access to Zoopla’s five million homeowner customers, which has grown over 30% this year.
Connells is leveraging this audience through Zoopla’s new Prospect Plus product, which benefits from an average 43% conversion rate from seller lead to instruction.
