Leaders becomes ‘LRG’ – it’s now official
CEO Michael Cook and the group have simplified its title, now being known as LRG, losing the historical brand associations with the 'Leaders Romans' part of its name.

Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has rebranded as LRG “marking a significant milestone in its long history”, the firm says.
The company says the new identity “strengthens LRG’s position as a modern, forward-thinking brand” that delivers “everything property, all under one roof”.
Acquisitions
LRG’s ongoing expansion has been driven by strategic acquisitions, strengthening its presence across the UK.
The group made a series of acquisitions last year, and said the strategy of buying other agents was set to continue.
It also says its commitment to sustainability is key, with environmentally responsible practices.
In 2016, Leaders, Romans, and Boyer merged, creating one of the UK’s largest property services groups, and in 2022, Platinum Equity acquired LRG.
Surprised
Michael Cook, CEO of LRG (main picture), says: “LRG has become much more than many people realise.
“When we speak to clients, they’re often surprised by the breadth of our services and our number of brands.
“This rebrand is about making that clearer – giving us the impact and recognition we need while setting the stage for future growth.”
Comprehensive

Kiersty Sims, Group Marketing Director, says: “As we expand our portfolio, LRG remains committed to preserving the unique identities of the strongest estate agency brands we acquire, recognising their deep-rooted connections within their communities.
“Our strategy includes integrating central ancillary service brands such as mortgages, insurance, and surveys, which not only support our existing brands, but also seamlessly extend to new acquisitions, ensuring swift and comprehensive service coverage.”
