SIGNED: Big estate agency inks new three-year Zoopla deal
Tim Hyatt, Head of Residential at Knight Frank, says the portal plays an important role in presenting his brand to the widest possible audience.

Zoopla, has revealed that Knight Frank has signed a new three-year residential listings deal.
The portal will support all of Knight Frank’s 62 residential offices in prime locations across England and Scotland with its far-reaching ambitions for 2025, which include driving high-quality leads and supporting them in growing market share across the sectors they operate.
During the first three months of the year, the portal’s Valuation Booster tool played a key role in driving valuation leads for properties with an average estimated value of over £800,0000, and its In-Search Ads are set to deliver over 1.5m impressions per month.
Knight Frank will also leverage the MyHome audience of over 4m subscribers, with 1.6m subscribers returning to Zoopla every month to track the value of their home.
Important partnership
Tim Hyatt, Head of Residential at Knight Frank, said: “Ensuring our clients’ properties and the Knight Frank brand are presented to the widest possible audience is key. Our partnership with Zoopla plays an important role in doing just that, and we look forward to continuing to work with the portal to drive potential buyers and tenants to the diverse portfolio of homes we are marketing.”

Rich Hayes, Chief Operating Officer of Zoopla, added: “Knight Frank is one of the most recognisable estate agency brands in the UK and we’re delighted that their distinctive red will continue to feature on the Zoopla website.
“Securing this renewal is evidence of the forward momentum at Zoopla where our strategy is to build the UK’s largest active mover audience, and equip our customers with the products and services that they need to reach, engage and convert that audience into revenue.
“We look forward to working closely with the Knight Frank team and supporting them to deliver against their ambitious growth plan for the coming years.”
Agency deals
In March, estate agency giant LRG returned to Zoopla following a 12-month hiatus having previously dropped the portal in favour of OnTheMarket.
LRG was the third major estate agency to sign a new contract with Zoopla within the space of a month, after Lomond Group and JLL.
