Software platform rebrands to unite growing global proptech portfolio

The move aligns multiple Rex acquisitions under one unified banner, 'Rex', across the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Rex Software rebrandRex Software has announced a strategic rebrand to bring its expanding suite of technology products under a single identity, following a series of acquisitions earlier this year.

The company – which provides technology solutions to estate agencies across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand – has integrated recently acquired platforms Cirrus8 and RealTrust into its broader offering, marking its transition from a collection of standalone brands to a unified proptech group.

Under the new structure, Rex has consolidated all its products under one brand, creating a fully integrated suite for agents across both residential and commercial sectors.

The range includes RexCirrus8, its commercial property management system; RexCRM, a sales and lettings customer relationship management platform; RexReach, which handles social media marketing; RexRealTrust, providing outsourced property management and trust accounting; RexPM, a residential property management system; and RexSites, its website-building solution for agencies.

Major milestone

Tom Ainsworth, Chief Revenue Officer at Rex, said: “Since its inception in 2012, Rex has grown to operate in both hemispheres, built a team of over 300 brilliant minds, won multiple awards and joined forces with other leading Proptech solutions.

“Today, Rex powers thousands of customers with a suite of digital products and services across CRM, property management, digital advertising, website solutions and more. This rebrand comes at a pivotal moment, marking a major milestone in Rex’s journey to becoming a globally recognised end-to-end Proptech solution.

“We’re aligning our products, people, and vision under one identity, making it easier for customers to understand the value we offer across the property journey.”

Rex’s consolidated approach aims to simplify its proposition for agents while strengthening its position as a full-service technology provider for both the residential and commercial property sectors.
