OnTheMarket Software reveals latest move to become proptech player

Portal's software arm has launched TecWeb that will enable agents to fully integrate existing platforms and boost their digital footprint and ramp up return on investment.

OnTheMarket Software, part of the OnTheMarket Group, has launched TecWeb, the fourth element in its suite of products that will enable agents to fully integrate existing platforms to boost their digital footprint and ramp up return on investment.

TecWeb is supported by leading providers and whilst a TecWeb website can stand alone, it is also fully integrated with OnTheMarket Software products such as TecLet and TecCRM.

INTEGRATION

TecWeb says that this integration will enable better automated lead generation and information flow and help keeping business open and transacting 24/7.

TecWeb features include high quality property presentation and polygon mapping; an instant valuation tool; a mortgage calculator; lead generation and applicant registration; viewing and valuation booking as well as reporting and performance statistics. The majority of these tools are accessible via TecCRM for TecCRM users.

Page content can be provided by the agent, or alternatively, TecWeb employs professional copywriters to produce copy on point and on time.

Copy can also be uploaded from existing websites. TecWeb offers three options in regards to the size, content and functionality of site, all paid for on a monthly subscription basis. In addition, an “a la carte” menu of optional extras is available.

A dedicated team is in place to provide support beyond just technical aspects, including Pay Per Click, SEO and Social Media.
