Orange alert! Midlands estate agencies launch rebrand
Belvoir brands Newton Fallowell and Goodchilds get a colourful new look which is now being rolled out across their branch networks.
Midlands-based estate agency franchises Newton Fallowell and Goodchilds, which are both part of the Belvoir Group, have launched new looks for their offices.
40-branch Midlands agency Newton Fallowell and four-branch sister agency Goodchilds now sport upgraded and similarly orange logos and corporate identities, which are to be rolled out across their branch networks in the coming months.
Newton Fallowell MD David Spackman (pictured) says: “Estate agency is an ever-changing landscape, and our business has continued to grow and be successful, never more so than in the last 12 months.
“We believe there is enormous potential for the brand and for our franchisees going forward.
“Our franchisees were involved throughout the rebranding process and the launch was greeted with great enthusiasm by everyone concerned. “We have retained Newton Fallowell’s dominant orange colour but have replaced the contrasting black with navy and tweaked other areas, as well as using new artwork that will help to keep the look fresh and modern.
“This is another exciting period in Newton Fallowell’s history and after a very successful 2021 we are looking forward to providing Newton Fallowell and Goodchilds clients with continued outstanding customer service in the New Year and beyond.”
Belvoir Group acquired Newton Fallowell in 2015, the same year it also bought the Goodchilds agency off founder David Warke.
The rebrand of its two Midlands agencies are not the only ones to have been given a refresh this year.
Others have included Hamptons, Burns & Webber in Surrey, RiverHomes and Bective in London, Chinneck Shaw in Portsmouth, Northern firm ERE and Spiller Brooks in Kent.
Perhaps the biggest rebrand in recent times has been Housesimple, which in July last year changed its name and look to Strike.
