A new platform enabling estate agency firms to monetise out-of-area sales applicant leads and generate an additional revenue stream has been developed by GetAgent.

GetAgent Exchange leverages the comparison site’s network of over 7,500 agent partners and works with the firm’s existing property data analysis, performance comparison tools and vendor referral expertise.

The platform automatically identifies out-of-area leads using strict triggers and routed via Reapit’s CRM, requiring no additional effort.

Referring to only top-performing estate agency brands in the right area from within the trusted GetAgent network, and in a GDPR-compliant way, means no reputational risk either.

No fee, just revenue

Agents can monetise leads they previously had to turn away for no additional cost, but with the opportunity to earn 50% revenue share of the referral fee.

Co-founder and CEO of GetAgent.co.uk, Colby Short, commented: “This platform addresses a key challenge for agents facing increasing costs every year and the need to find more and more ways to grow revenue.

“GetAgent Exchange offers a fully automated solution that provides agents with the opportunity to earn referral commission without having to lift a finger or pay subscription fees.

“GetAgent Exchange has been a long time in the making. After a successful trial with a few hundred of our member branches, we’re excited to launch our first integration for Reapit customers.”

Currently, agents can try out the platform for free and further integrations with Alto and Street.co.uk are due soon.
