A senior estate agency figure who has one of the most varied and long-standing careers within the sector has launched his own consultancy business.

Jason Bull, who has a 40-year career under his belt working for some of the best-known firms including Countrywide, Sequence, YoPA, EasyProperty, Rayner Personnel and Agents Together, says he now want to help estate agents reach their full business potential, saying it’s the people side of the sector that has always been his true passion.

“I’ve spent years inside businesses of all shapes and sizes, helping people step up, overcome challenges, and get the best out of themselves. That’s what drives me,” he says.

“I love the business of estate agency, but even more than that, I love helping the people within it succeed.

“I don’t believe there’s one right way to do estate agency,” he says. “But I do believe every agent should have clarity on what they’re trying to build, and the support they need to do it. That’s where I come in.”

Bull has teamed up with The Estate Agent Consultancy, launching his own consultancy brand with its support.

This partnership enables him to operate independently while benefiting from the resources and backing of The Estate Agent Consultancy.
