2point0 Group is a new recruitment and consultancy firm with a focus on helping property businesses reduce hiring risk and rethink how they attract and keep staff as market conditions tighten.

The firm has been launched by Nicola Broomham (pictured), who previously founded Broomham Recruitment, and her husband, Paul Broomham and will officially open its doors on 5 January.

Between them, they bring 50+ years’ experience across independent, corporate and PE-backed property businesses. After debating for so long how the industry could be run better, they’re now putting that experience to work.

According to the couple, 2point0 Group has been built for a market where retention matters as much as recruitment and will help property businesses reduce hiring risks, navigate change, and grow sustainably by putting people at the centre of every decision, from how leaders hire, to how teams perform, to why good people stay.
