Recruitment firm launches with focus on problem-solving and retention
Respected recruiter says tighter market conditions are forcing estate agencies to rethink their hiring policies.

2point0 Group is a new recruitment and consultancy firm with a focus on helping property businesses reduce hiring risk and rethink how they attract and keep staff as market conditions tighten.
The firm has been launched by Nicola Broomham (pictured), who previously founded Broomham Recruitment, and her husband, Paul Broomham and will officially open its doors on 5 January.

Between them, they bring 50+ years’ experience across independent, corporate and PE-backed property businesses. After debating for so long how the industry could be run better, they’re now putting that experience to work.
