Two major lettings platforms sign landmark partnership
Agents using either Goodlord or Street will now in effect get access to both, following today's announcement.

Two of the industry’s leading lettings platform have announced a strategic partnership that will enable agents using either to instantly share property, landlord, and tenant data across both, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of manual entry errors.
Goodlord and Street.co.uk have announced the partnership and say 100s of agents have already signed up to be the first to use the new ‘joined-up’ service.

“Agents need tools that talk to each other,” says Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street Group.
“This integration does exactly that – creating a streamlined, end-to-end lettings process across the systems agents already use and trust.
“We’re removing friction from the day-to-day and helping agents deliver a faster, more professional experience for their clients.”
Rental experience

Goodlord’s Group Commercial & Partnerships Director, Costas Frangeskou, says: “Street.co.uk’s values align very much with our own in terms of creating the best possible rental experience for all stakeholders.
“Integrating with Street.co.uk means our joint customers can now manage every aspect of their operation, from winning new landlords to collecting and paying out rent, and everything in between.
“Knowing we’re both supporting them with compliance and an overall reduction in running costs will empower them to focus on gaining market share.”
Crucial time
Both lettings platform firms say the integration comes at a ‘crucial time for the lettings industry’ as compliance demands soar and the Renters’ Rights Bill looms.
“This means it’s essential that agents’ systems provide a single source of truth and work seamlessly to support them while they focus on delivering exceptional service”, a joint statement from both firms says.
Letting agents interested in enabling the integration can contact Street.co.uk or their Goodlord Customer Success Manager for next steps.
