New AI innovation tech ‘to transform estate agency operations’

Reapit has announced the launch of Reapit AI, an artificial-intelligence-powered assistant to help estate agency and property management professionals work smarter.

Reapit RAI for estate agency usersEstate agency CRM and property management software provider, Reapit, has announced its next major extension to the AI capability of its platform.

Reapit AI (RAI) will provide agents with a digital co-worker that automates time-consuming tasks and delivers insights and communication in the agency’s unique brand voice. From property descriptions and prospecting to maintenance coordination and analysis, RAI is designed to deliver end-to-end value – not just AI features, but AI outcomes.

“Estate agencies are under increasing pressure to do more with less, and we believe AI should be a force multiplier, not just another feature,” said Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit. “RAI works inside the Reapit platform that our customers already trust, streamlining workflows, surfacing opportunities, and enhancing client service. It’s AI that listens, learns and acts, all while reflecting the unique identity of each agency.”

Unlike standalone point solutions, Reapit AI is being developed natively within Reapit’s enterprise-grade product ecosystem, encompassing millions of property records, transactions, communications, and workflows across the UK and ANZ. This foundation enables Reapit AI to deliver context-aware, brand-safe, high-impact automation that generic tools simply can’t match.

Matt McGown, Chief Product Officer at Reapit, added: “AI is only as effective as the data it learns from,” said . “RAI is powered by the real operational history of estate agencies, not scraped web data. That makes it more relevant, more personal, and far more powerful from day one.”

Reapit AI’s first release, to be launched early in 2026, will include predictive lead scoring and automated follow-ups, maintenance workflow automation for property managers and a listing concierge to manage the collection of data and imagery for vendors.

Reapit is already working closely with a select group of estate agency clients to shape and refine RAI’s features ahead of launch, ensuring the assistant is purpose-built for the real-world needs.

Unlike off-the-shelf AI engines that learn from anyone and serve everyone, RAI operates within each customer’s private, secure data environment. No customer data is shared across businesses, and Reapit is not training RAI on client conversations to create a homogenised messaging engine.
