Proptech partnership advances energy efficiency reporting
Proptech providers Just Move In and Propflo have partnered to increase awareness and take-up of green home improvements among homeowners.
Homeowners will now be able to access advanced energy efficiency reports via proptech platforms, Just Move In and Propflo.
The partnership will gives users access to both platforms and services – Propflo’s GreenVal tool, a one-stop-shop for green home improvements, and Just Move In’s home moving and utility management services.
It follows the announcement that the Labour government is pressing ahead with new minimum energy efficiency standards for the private and social rented sectors, and with energy bills rising by 10% in October, greater awareness and access to information is needed.
Energy education
Homeowners using Just Move In can now view the short and long-term benefits and costs associated with making a property more energy efficient and get quotes for a wide range of home improvements, from accredited local and national suppliers.
They can also explore low-cost and do-it-yourself improvement opportunities and get information on the impact a property can have on personal wellbeing, by rating contributing factors such as thermal comfort, air quality, and financial health.
Propflo will also feature Just Move In on their improvement HomeHub as standard with customisation available to business clients.
