Street releases “game-changer” AI tool for estate agents
Tom Staff, Co-founder at Street, says 'Cortex' will communicate with all an agent's customers simultaneously with individual responses.

Proptech firm Street has released a new “game-changing” AI-driven customer interface for estate agencies.
The ‘Cortex’ tool can generate emails to all the clients in an agent database simultaneously, tailored to each individual and handle the responses automatically.
It will update agent records with the information from the customer emails and even book viewings as well.
Game-changing
Tom Staff, Co-founder at Street (pictured), told The Neg that Cortex is equally “game-changing” for both large and small agents.
With a basic cost of £149 a month, Street plans to add extra pricing tiers as the product is released gradually.
He says Cortex can include personal touches such as asking customers “how was your holiday?”, and it will reply instantly to any customer response, at any time.
This allows agents to actually do those things that in an ideal world, they’d love to be doing.”

Staff showed the tool to some agents and one remarked that it “literally changes everything about the way we run our business”.
It’s up to agents whether they make it clear to clients that the emails are from an AI tool.
Cortex will only work with the Street CRM system, so agents need to have that in place.
Most ambitious
Street Group’s portfolio of agency platforms includes its CRM, and Spectre, an all-in-one marketing tool.
Last year, Staff and fellow founder Heather Staff (pictured) were placed within The Times’ ‘Top 50’ most ambitious business leaders list.
