ASAP has made multiple new hires and promotions designed to strengthen its operational and sales progression teams.
As part of it’s ongoing growth strategy, ASAP, the sales progression specialist, has announced a series of key appointments and promotions to ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional service as demand and client volumes increase.
Lucie Appleton has been promoted to sales progression team manager, whilst Darcie Brown and Ashleigh McDonnell have been promoted to senior sales progressor roles.

The new management structure will support scalability, employee development, and long-term growth – reinforcing ASAP’s commitment to sales progression.
Varied experience
Ella joins the business with over ten years’ experience in operations and customer service. She began her career in estate agency, working across sales and lettings for six years before transitioning into operational management roles.
Most recently, she served as an operations coordinator at a specialist animal referral centre, where she developed her expertise in process improvement, team leadership, and customer experience.
“I was drawn to Complete ASAP because of its strong reputation and values,” said Ella. “I’m excited to bring my operational experience and energy to the team, to help drive efficiencies, and support the company’s continued success.”
Jamie Taylor, operations director at ASAP, added: “Our evolving team supports the next phase of expansion, helping us to manage increased volumes and strengthen client relationships, onboard new clients, efficiently respond to market demands and maintain service excellence.”
