Savills agent ‘quits the rat race’ to join hybrid London agency
Former lettings senior Euan Williams has joined expanding Harding Green so he can 'see his daughter grow up'.
Leading upmarket hybrid estate agency Harding Green has persuaded one of the UK’s most senior and experienced corporate agents to join its ranks.
Euan Williams (pictured) was until a few days ago Head of Lettings at Savills’ St John’s Wood branch but has now joined Harding Green’s local operation, now working alongside its franchisee Jack Graham-Lindsey and his team of five.
Williams has sixteen years’ experience within the industry including nearly six years at Savills where he worked with ‘actors, film directors and worldwide royals’ and stints at Chestertons and KFH in both sales and lettings in North, West and Prime Central London.
“The ability to work for yourself and having the flexibility to choose your own hours are both huge attractions for me,” he says.
“As a new dad, I can watch my new born daughter grow up, take her to school, attend her plays, sports days and so on.
“These life moments are just so precious, and I can’t wait to be a part of that.
“Whilst having my own portfolio of clients means I can offer sellers and landlords a senior local expert from start to finish, providing an unrivalled service.
Jack Graham-Lindsey (pictured), Partner at Harding Green, St John’s Wood added; “Euan is a great addition to my team, so I am delighted to welcome him on board. Many estate agents with enviable reputations like his are choosing Harding Green over our competitors.”
Harding Green was launched in 2017 by former Chestertons’ Director, Nick Carter and has steadily been growing its network in London ever since.
