Manchester firm the Street Group is now one of the fastest-growing proptech companies within the property industry as demand for its estate agency software ramps up, it says.

In response to this the firm has doubled its headcount at the Norther Quarter HQ and also appointed new Head of Data, Chris Amor.

He will be responsible for further strengthening Street Group’s data capabilities with both on and off market data.

The company, which includes Spectre Sales, Spectre Lettings and Street.co.uk, has seen its customer base increase by 50% year-on-year, helped by the launch of its Street sales CRM platform in November last year.
