Challenger portal OpenBrix has reached agreement with digital ID platform Yoti to provide tenants with an integrated ‘onboarding’ package.

Geared at supporting tenants in using the OpenBrix lifecycle app, Tlyfe, the collaboration will enable them to complete ID checks and sign important documents digitally.

The integration will remove the requirement for tenants to show or sign physical documentation, and help to streamline the overall onboarding process.

Both companies say this will be of huge benefit to tenants, but also helps agents to be quicker and more efficient with their tenant onboarding, without compromising security.

Adam Pigott, CEO, OpenBrix
Huge win

Adam Pigott, CEO at OpenBrix, says: “We are really thrilled to announce our partnership with Yoti, adding automated ID verification and e-Signatures on important documentation is a huge win for tenants who already live their lives on mobile devices.

“We are continuing to dominate this space and create a new digitalised world order for tenants putting complete control into the palms of their hands.”

James Lancaster, Commercial Director, Yoti

James Lancaster, commercial director at Yoti, says: “We are really excited to be part of the Tlyfe journey at OpenBrix, and see huge value in the partnership.

“Our eSigning and ID verification offers both tenants and agents a faster, safer and more frictionless experience, removing the need to show or sign physical documents. It’s quicker and more efficient for everyone.

“Digital ID checks and eSignatures are scalable too, allowing Tlyfe to grow without compromising the security or accuracy of ID checks.”
