Conveyancing firm RG Law is offering all those shortlisted in this year’s The Negotiator Awards reduced legal fees and free searches for their clients for the rest of the year.

The legal firm, which already has 120 estate agency clients and handles some 2,400 house sales every year via its offices in York and Sidcup in Kent, is also shortlisted for an award.

All estate agents referring conveyancing to RG Law will be offered five two-pack searches to give to their clients purchasing a property, together with a 15% reduction on legal fees for clients selling, it says.
Estate agents will be eligible to offer this to their clients, once RG Law receives a signed agreement.
