TPFG boss launches enlarged team of MDs
Gareth Samples says he wanted to assemble the best senior names in the industry to lead each part of the TPFG empire.

Martin & Co parent company The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has formally launched its team of managing directors who now head up the key estate agency businesses within the group and who all report in to CEO Gareth Samples.
Although all the appointments have been revealed over the past six months, Samples says his senior management team has now been embedded into the business structure and is operational.
The latest to join the top table is Glynis Frew, MD of Hunters, Country Properties and Mullocks following their acquisition last month for £24 million by TPFG.
She joins Kate Randall, MD of CJ Hole, Ellis & Co, Parkers and Whitegates; Nick Neill, MD Of EweMove; Eric Walker, MD of Martin & Co South & Scotland; and Gareth Williams, MD of Martin & Co Midlands and North.
Franchisee support
Samples says his aim has been to assemble a team of high-profile and experienced industry leaders to run each part of the TPFG empire and offer its hundreds of franchisees a wide range of capabilities.
“The team is actively reaching out to and supporting our franchisees every day, presenting opportunities and assisting them to execute new initiatives,” he says.
“Our network has responded very positively to our commitment to support them with such a high calibre team and feedback on its initial impact has been excellent. I look forward to continuing to work closely with the senior management team to implement our growth strategy over the coming years.”
