The super prime property market is booming and competition to court ultra-high-net-worth individuals with money to spend is fierce.

In episode one, Lee Koffman, Director and Head of North West London at UK Sotheby’s International Realty, has an incredible grade I listed terraced home to sell overlooking Regents Park lake.

Hanover Terrace was built in 1822 and designed by renowned Regency architect John Nash, it’s worth an eye-watering £29 million, making it one of the most expensive homes in the UK.

Boasting six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a choice of reception rooms, walled garden, gym and separate mews house for guests or staff, Koffman believes it will attract huge interest from wealthy international clients.

With a plan to lure buyers from Asia, he gets advice from feng shui master Ning and enlists the help of Sally who works with Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Will their combined efforts bring Koffman the good fortune he’s hoping for?

Elsewhere in London, Guy Bradshaw, Sales Director of UK Sotheby’s International Realty, has been invited to sell a rather unusual houseboat.

Moored in Wandsworth, the Prospect Belle is owned by Nicholas Bonham of Bonhams auction house.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms this is not your average barge.

INFLUENTIAL

As a keen sailor, selling this boat will be a wrench for Nicholas but with a plan to launch an open boat event inviting influential contacts aboard, can Bradshaw soften the blow and finally get the couple the lucrative sale they’re after?

Find out how both Koffman and Bradshaw get on when Britain’s Most Expensive Houses Returns to Channel 4 on the 15th June at 9pm.
