TwentyEA updates Insight tool and offers free agent health report
Insight 2.0 has been fully integrated within the existing platform and gives agents access to even more market intelligence updated in real-time.
TwentyEA, part of the TwentyCi Group, has updated its Insight tool giving agents quick access to key data points that can help win more instructions, grow market share and increase revenue.
And to celebrate the launch TwentyEA is offering a free personalised Agent Heath Report to all agents to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and identify key areas of focus for 2024.
FULLY INTEGRATED
Insight 2.0 has been fully integrated within the existing Insight platform and gives agents access to even more market intelligence updated in real-time and users can now access up to five years of market data giving a comprehensive view of trends over time.
The new Agent Health Dashboard also helps assess brand strengths and agent performance against competitors within a specific patch, offering a range of reports to access performance statistics on every other agent in their area.
The reports can also detail their own brand’s market share by trigger stage or stock on market in comparison to the agents within their patch. Agents using that data can then understand who is under or overvaluing in their patch and how their own pricing strategy compares.
Users can also highlight areas of excellence and identify where improvements are needed to help achieve individual goals and ambitions.
AGENT FEEDBACK
Katy Billany, Executive Director of TwentyEA, says: “We’ve listened to agent feedback and have taken our offering to the next level with cutting-edge innovations to provide even more detailed reports.

“These have all been developed with the central goal of helping agents win more instructions and grow their market share through the power of data which is neatly displayed in one place and in an accessible visual format.
“We’re excited to deliver these additional features to our existing agent partners and we look forward to working closely with new customers across the entire market who will benefit from further understanding where improvements can be made and how they can better communicate their areas of success to landlords and vendors.”
