Movemnt, the national framework that links property professionals owned by Zoopla parent company Houseful has signed up six of the UK’s biggest conveyancing firms.

Under a new deal with conveyancing services provider LMS, Movemnt has added Taylor Rose, ONP, Talbots, Gorvins, Muve and LPL to its stable.

Movemnt is designed to reduce ‘the friction’ of the home purchase process and speed up sales.

The network is already integrated into Zoopla, Alto and YourKeys, and has also integrated over 70 conveyancers and brokers.

Critical case

Benefits for conveyancers who join the Movemnt network, it says, include upfront information and immediate access to critical case details at the outset

Ric Dawson, COO of Software at Houseful (main picture), says: “The key to delivering against Movemnt’s ambition to become the number one national home transaction infrastructure is ensuring that we have a strong network of best-in-class partners.

“Our network of leading conveyancers is proof that steps are being taken to deliver on this shared vision.”

Sharon Beedham, Partner Relationship Manager at ONP, says:  “We are fully supportive of Movemnt’s ambition to speed up the property purchasing process and are proud to be part of this journey.

“At ONP, and across Movera, we will continue to support brokers and clients with a comprehensive range of market-leading legal property services which are digital when they can be, and personal when they need to be.”

Last year, Zoopla parent company ZPG changed the name of its property division to Houseful. As well as Zoopla, Houseful’s brands include software platform Alto, valuations supplier Hometrack and upmarket portal PrimeLocation.com.
