OnTheMarket Software, part of the OnTheMarket Group, has launched an innovative new product providing website and associated solutions to enable agents to grow their digital presence and help maximise return on investment.

Features of TecWeb websites include high quality property presentation and polygon mapping, an instant valuation tool, a mortgage calculator, lead generation and applicant registration, viewing and valuation booking, reporting and performance statistics.

Page content can be provided by the agent or professional copywriters employed by TecWeb. There are three options depending on the size, content and functionality of site, all paid for on a monthly subscription basis as well as an “a la carte” menu of optional extras.

Whilst a TecWeb website can stand alone, it is also fully integrated with OnTheMarket Software products such as TecLet and TecCRM. This enables enhanced automated lead generation and information to flow into these platforms, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Alan Blockley of OnTheMarket Software, said: “TecWeb provides a SAAS approach that means as the platform is constantly being developed, free upgrades are automatically provided to ensure that an agent is always keeping ahead of competitors.
