OnTheMarket (OTM) has revealed its latest partnership with property data firm Sprift – exclusive access to the proptech platform’s prospecting tool, SmartMail.
‘Exclusive’ means that the service is available only to OTM agents except for a small number of agents who had prior access to the tool before the product partnership began.
This deal follows the recent launches of the portal’s Market Appraisal Guides for both sales and lettings, both of which are also powered by Sprift.
SmartMail is a full-service canvassing and prospecting system that enables multi-trigger mailings to be sent directly to specifically targeted properties, whether they are listed with another agent or currently not on the market at all.
Agents can use SmartMail to specify which events trigger alerts for specific home whether it’s a newly-listed property or one which has been on the market for a set period of time.
Agents can also prospect or canvass for instructions in specific streets or areas, as well as by type or value.
