Agent referral and home moving services platform, Sort Move, has been named a finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards less than a year after launching.
Their Fast-Start client onboarding product, which reduces the overall time to legal exchange for buyers and sellers, has been recognised for its innovation.
A recent report in May revealed that property sales using Fast-Start averaged exchanged five weeks faster on average than those not using the technology.
As well as shaving off weeks of the conveyancing process, the platform allows the seller to complete all their important documentation – such as Title Register and Plan, TA6, TA10 and TA7 – remotely, safely and securely before they even have an offer.

Among the products offered by Sort Move is also a referral platform that enables agents to earn frees from referring customers to conveyancing, survey, specialist property reports and EPC inspections from an online suite.
Since launching at the end of 2020, many agents have taken up Sort Move’s raft of products, including Bristol estate agent, Westcoat Properties, as well as Gorvins Solicitors. The winners will be announced on 19 October 2021, at an awards ceremony at Hilton Park Lane in London.
