Art Division marks 25 year anniversary with estate agency marketing offer
Estate agency marketing specialist, Art Division, is celebrating a milestone by reflecting on the sector's digital transformation and launching a discounted website offer.
Art Division is marking 25 years in business with a new website discount for estate agents, while reflecting on how marketing has evolved from printed brochures and newspaper advertising to AI-driven lead generation.
Founded in 2001 by college graduates Nelly Berova and Natalie Stewart, the company has grown from a small graphic design agency in Surrey into a specialist provider of marketing and web services for estate agents across the UK.
Today, its services span website design, SEO, AI search optimisation, social media management and CRM integrations, with clients ranging from independent agencies to larger regional firms.
From print to digital
Reflecting on the changes over the past quarter century, Nelly said many agents initially questioned whether investing in websites was worthwhile.
“The idea of spending money on a website felt like a gamble for a lot of agents back then,” said Nelly. “The internet hadn’t exactly proved itself, and for most agents, the phone kept ringing whether they had a website or not.”
She said the emergence of online property portals and search engines fundamentally changed how buyers and sellers found agents, creating demand for stronger digital marketing and lead generation.
The business has since expanded its services as agents have looked to outsource increasingly complex marketing tasks, from property feed management and Google Ads to content creation and websites.
Complex tech
While the barriers to building websites have never been lower, complications and technical issues often surface quickly – property feeds need to be synced, pages need optimising for local SEO, and the site needs to win credible leads for the agency.
Nelly added: “We speak to lots of clients who’ve built their own site or used a general web designer, and then come to us six months later because the property feed’s broken or their site doesn’t rank for anything useful.”
This is one of the reasons Art Division is offering estate agents 25% off new website projects and website enhancements for existing clients, with enquiries open until 31 July 2026.
AI does not equal easy

Despite the raft of new AI tools claiming to make it simpler for small estate agents to handle the task of winning leads and managing their online presence, Art Division’s Marketing Manager, Daniel Zairi, encounters ‘AI fatigue’ on a regular basis.
He said: “Agents I talk to are simply overwhelmed by the options. It’s yet another tool and system that they want to use but don’t have the time to learn. From us, they want strategic direction…and the assurance that we have a clear plan to help them win leads through AI platforms.”
Art Division have developed AI search optimisation as a specific service to meet this growing need. They also help agents capitalise on the efficiencies offered by AI through their Amplify package, which generates newsletters and social posts automatically whenever agents publish a blog, get a Google review or add a new listing.
Nelly added: “Of course, it’s a massive understatement to say ‘things have changed’ over the last 25 years. They have. But there’s still consistent demand for an external marketing service that delivers reliable results.”
