Pattinson Auction, the multi-channel agent based in the North-East, has revealed it has over 2,500 agents signed up as ‘partner agents’ who can offer sales through auction.

Pattinson has been operating for 30 years is a diversified agency business, offering a traditional sales arm and property management services, but its auction service took off when it went online in March 2020, in response to the outbreak of the pandemic and lockdown.

Justin Beckwith, Auction Director, said, “We are continuing to acquire more partner agents nationwide, because we have a lot to offer on top of our fundamentals of strong relationships, commitment and unmatched service.”

With us, agents can offer their customers the option to sell with 0% sales fee.”

“Some key benefits for our partner agents are the fact that we can offer their clients a secure and speedy sale with a fall-out rate of less than 1%. By partnering with Pattinson Auction, they can increase their income by up to 2.5% sales commissions for each sale with no cap on earnings.

He adds, “With us, agents can offer their customers the option to sell with 0% sales fee.  Our partner agents also like the fact that they can use their own branded auction website produced by us, along with a plethora of marketing materials, also supplied by us.”

Award-winning service

Reflecting the success Pattinson has had in residential auctions, the company has just picked up the top accolade at The Negotiator Awards, which took place at Grosvenor House, on 25th November.
