Round the clock digital signage making agents ‘unmissable’
An Ayrshire estate agent has seen interest in property listings soar since the installation of a digital signage system that integrates with its CRM.
Donald Ross Residential in Ayshire claims to have seen a significant increase in the number of property enquiries since the installation of a new digital signage software.
Nomadix Halo allows estate and letting agents to turn their TV screens into a connected advertising network which integrates with client CRM systems to remove the need to manually update window displays and runs 24/7.
Fraser Stewart, a Director of Donald Ross Residential, said: “In the 15 years I have been in this sector, I have never seen so many people stopping to look at our shop window and judging from their comments, loving what they see.
“We asked Nomadix to supply a number of cutting edge ultra-bright screens in the windows of our Irvine and Ayr branches including a huge 65” sunlight readable screen, which makes us unmissable.
“So far, we have the edge on our competitors because no one else is using digital signage that integrates flawlessly with the likes of Expert Agent. We are starting to see the results in significantly higher property enquiries. I have no doubt that this will turn into more sales, reduced print costs and increased profits for the company.”
The software, developed by Mark Evans of Glasgow-headquartered marketing technology specialist, Nomadix Media, uses cloud-based content management systems for screens anywhere.
He said: “Halo is designed for estate agents like Donald Ross Residential, allowing them to quickly reduce costs and increase enquiries. We can see huge opportunities for Halo powered screens that could drive fresh marketing revenue streams from clients, whilst making agents windows work harder, even when the business is closed.
“It is more cost-effective than print marketing and of course, carbon friendly. Users can update the content on the Nomadix Halo box from anywhere by PC or mobile.”
