HousingAnywhere has officially expanded into the UK to meet the rising demand of internationally mobile tenants. The platform, which matches tenants and accommodation providers offering mid- to long-term rentals, will start by covering the cities of London, Manchester and Birmingham.

With only online viewings, HousingAnywhere ensures fair access for all, as many prospective tenants might not be in the UK at the time of searching. Being able to specify move-in and move-out dates, and including a 48-hour warranty system, the platform provides a safe yet flexible alternative for potential renters that can book months in advance.

Djordy Seelmann, CEO of HousingAnywhere, said: “Entering the UK was clearly the next step for HousingAnywhere, as we aim to match the rising demand of internationally mobile students, young professionals and expats in London, Manchester and Birmingham. With this expansion, we are enabling people to safely find a new home not only in mainland Europe, but also in the UK and in more corners of the world.” It follows launches in the US cities of New York, Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago. HQed in Rotterdam, HousingAnywhere currently employs 260+ people in 125 cities worldwide.
