Worthing’s new development of residential apartments and commercial units known as ‘The Causeway’ is now complete. The scheme by well-respected developers Rocco Homes has helped the regeneration of the area, whilst unlocking commercial space for two businesses.

Local property agents Michael Jones & Company were instructed to sell all 74 apartments and find a commercial tenant for the 7000 sq ft commercial unit available on the ground floor. All apartments have now been sold and let, many through the Government’s Shared Ownership scheme. The commercial premises have recently been acquired by The Strand Medical Group, a seven strong GP practice with strong roots in the community.

Jon Justice, Associate Director, Michael Jones & Company said, “We were thrilled to be instructed on this major development by our clients Rocco Homes. The community will really benefit from the improved facilities and services offered by the NHS and we’re excited to welcome Arun Vet Group to Worthing.

“This investment demonstrates the need for commercial space within the town and we have many clients seeking suitable space to expand or relocate”.
