Trio of heads at Spicerhaart

Two new Estate Agency Director’s and Purplebricks’ former Head of Lettings Operations have joined the Spicerhaart family. Peter Mervill, an expert in Yorkshire’s property market, has returned to the business to help drive their business forward across the Haybrook brand.

He had previously worked for Spicerhaart for more than seven years, before moving to Sequence where he held the titles of Area Manager and Area Director. Also appointed in Estate Agency Director role is Benjamin Jobbins, who will cover the West from Guildford to Plymouth. Having joined Spicerhaart in 2021, Benjamin was previously the company’s Partnership Director but is delighted to have been promoted to the new position.

He said: “I am really looking forward to expanding the business by strengthening the existing team through upskilling our leaders and working with our brilliant people to reach their career potential.”

Spicerhaart has also welcomed the former Head of Lettings Operations at Purplebricks as its new Property Management Area Director for its branches in the Midlands and North-West.

Emma Fagan will be responsible for helping to drive the company towards its overall goal of 50,000 occupied units by 2025.
